WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Every shift, you'll own one or more of our four core functions:
- Clean — Keep every station shift-ready. Cleanliness is how we respect guests and each other.
- Prep — Execute prep charts accurately. A well-prepped store is a fast store.
- Blend — Make every smoothie to recipe, fast and right. Target: smoothie on the blender in 60 seconds.
- Serve — Greet every guest within 5–10 seconds. Find out what they're going for — energy, recovery, weight management — and build the right smoothie for them. Every order is a chance to make their day better.
You'll also handle POS transactions, follow food safety standards without exception, and communicate clearly with your team throughout every shift.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Must-Haves:
- At least 16 years old.
- Weekend and holiday availability — required, not preferred.
- Reliable attendance — zero unexcused absences is the standard.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN — THE PLEDGE PROGRAM:
PLEDGE stands for Pursue, Learn, Elevate, Deliver, Grow, Excel. Your pay grows as your skills do — no waiting for an annual review.
- TM0 → Base pay (Day 1).
- TM1 → +$1.00/hr (Written test, Week 4).
- TM2 → +$0.50/hr (Practical skills test, Week 8).
- TM3 → +$0.50/hr (ServSafe certification, Week 12).
- TM4 → +$1.00/hr (Advanced test, after TM3 — open to anyone).
Total possible: +$3.00/hr above base pay.
Fast-Start Bonus: Pass TM1 at 90%+ before Day 30 and earn an extra $100 on top of your raise. Miss the window and you still get the raise — but the bonus is gone. The clock starts Day 1.
Pay adjustments take effect the following pay period after each level is completed and verified.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:
- Shifts: Open (6:30a–12p), Mid (11a–5p), Closing (4p–10p).
- Sunday Shifts: Open (9:30a–4p), Closing (3p–9p).
- Days: Monday–Sunday (weekend availability required).
- Hours: Most TMs start at 20–25 hrs/week with room to grow.
